Hi,
I fixed the "waiting for Neo4j to start" bug - it now waits up to 5
minutes before giving up.
There was a place in the Entity contributor agreement where I had missed
substituting [JURISDICTION] with the state of Colorado. The good news
no one had signed that agreement, so it didn't yet matter.
If I have time this afternoon, I'll look things over again, and tag this
version as RC2.
