Hi,
I finally got around to tagging release candidate 3.
It has a small number of minor fixes, and also compiles under Windows as
well as Linux.
Doesn't yet do anything useful on Windows, but Roger thinks an
absolutely basic level of Windows capability should be available for RC4.
