I think RC4 is likely to _become_ 0.1.0.
So, by next weekend we will likely need to start publicizing this.
Who can step up and help publicize this?
Not everyone can or wants to code, but everyone can do something. It
would be a huge help if someone would volunteer to publicize the project
- starting with this release.
There is a card on Trello with more than a dozen suggested ways/places
to publicize open source software releases.
