One of the reviewers of my paper said something really useful - which I
knew, but which I'd pushed to the back of my brain...
We can't show this off, or have it be useful unless we get a dashboard
demo going...
To do this we need two things first:
A web services server (RESTful, probably) - presumably in Python
(Flask, Bottle, Django, Cherry.py, whatever)
A JavaScript/CoffeeScript/whateverscript application to exercise
it and make pretty pictures ;-)
Somewhere along the way, the rest of CMA service monitoring needs to be
defined.
Right now, there is code to monitor services, but no corresponding code
to cause services to be monitored, and no graph representation of
monitoring. The dashboard won't be very interesting without service
monitoring...
If you want to get involved with any of this, then let me know, and
we'll get you going on the part you'd like to do.
