I'm currently in the process of significantly restructuring the python
code for updating the database (as you probably figured out).

Here is my attack plan:
    1)    Restructure the remaining database updates to use my
network/database Transaction object
                    (and extend it enough to handle what needs to happen)

    2)    Test this and make sure it works right (fix the things I broke)

    3)    Restructure the code that reads the database so that it will
work with py2neo version 1.6
                (get rid of the deprecated calls I'm currently using)

    4)    Add the the ownership idea to the update code

    5)    Add the code to do deletions according to the "reference
count" idea

    6)    Possibly implement schema changes as per today's discussion
