*Rate -60-65/hr DOE.* I need multiple consultants for a long term project in Connecticut. They need to be Technical with Functional knowledge. The manager is ready to interview this week. Position details For our direct client in New Haven County, CT we seek Oracle ERP techno-functional consultants with Supply Chain, Distribution and Warehouse Management experience to provide business process, configuring and implementing their global Oracle ERP implementation. Position Description: This position will be responsible for the implementing and documenting the use of the various Oracle functional modules to support the common processes and data definitions of a large scale global Oracle ERP implementation. This position will work closely with the local functional subject matter experts, to configure and implement software and business processes as determined, in conjunction with the global design team. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that local site specific requirements are designed, configured, and implemented to work with the Global footprint. This position will work closely with the global functional leads, keeping the lead abreast of the latest status and bringing any potential issues and resolutions status to meetings. Key Tasks: · Provide detail business process and transactional content knowledge for specific site(s), within Country/Region · Provide solution design and validation testing around detail Process design · Master data structure as it relates to the global standards and specific site · Naming conventions as it relates to the global standards and specific site · After implementation should provide leadership towards continuous improvement Management system functionality of Oracle · Weekly status meetings and follow-up on action items to allow for timely project progression · Communicate with local Subject Matter Experts and project leads on status and constraints · Document and review materials for system setup and training Minimum Required Qualifications: · Level of education required: Bachelors Degree, with emphasis in corresponding business functional areas. Related Certifications and/or work experience preferred · Experience Level: at least one, preferably multiple, complete Oracle E-Business System implementation Projects, with similar key functional responsibilities · Previous experience in implementing corresponding functional modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite required with focus on Supply Chain · Proficiency in the use of software applications, databases, spreadsheets, and/or word processing required · Oracle 12i experience Competencies: · Functional & technical skills · Strong oral and written communication skills · Ability to work effectively in a team · Strong results orientation · Skilled in managing complexity and change · Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities *Please reply me with Resume, Rate, Current Location and Phone numbers with Email ID of the Consultant.
