Organizes and directs project teams. Assures the attainment of high quality results as scheduled and within budget. · Efficiently interacts with peers and next level of management. . * * *Must Have Skills: * Project Management High degree of accurate planning skills required as this is a validated project. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) Experience in working across a matrix of several business units to drive and execute a project * ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ * *# of positions:* 1 *Location: R*TP, Durham, NC *Desired start date: *ASAP *Must Have Skills: *Project Management *Project Details:* · Project covers 12+ sites · The project will involve GMS, R&D and Architecture; covers many geographies · Win 7 is being rolled out, but many of the lab systems/applications are not compatible · These are applications that interface with LIFT, Empower etc · These are not exactly IT systems; but IT and QA teams are working together to get this done · Some are bespoke applications; some are vendor systems (maybe without support or upgrade plans) · Each application may have separate plan to achieve the objective · Number of applications – 25 to 30 *Job Roles / Responsibilities: * · Manage and work with multiple stakeholders · Need to manage the program of making these applications compliant (remediation or segregation) · Program Manager to work with QA Business lead and oversee this work · Also need to bear in mind future steps post remediation – lifecycle plans * ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * *# of positions:* 1 *Location: *King of Prussia, PA *Desired start date: *ASAP * * *Project Details:* Equipment Management Tool is a validated system that allows personnel to access, update and manage laboratory equipment data in the US. The goal of this project is to integrate the new version of this application with other systems, provide user requested enhancements and carry out bug fixes. This will improve compliance and system communication. As a validated system, there will be additional traceability and sign off activities that need to be planned and carried out.
