*ETL Designer/Developer * *Location: Frederick, MD*
*Duration: 12 months* We have another requirement for a year engagement in Frederick MD in our Secondary Marketing System team. They will be developer new interfaces using Ab Initio ETL process for our new database project. I do need a Senior developer that can take requirements and run with them. *They need to be able to work with a disbursed team so communication is critical.* I have made this an ASE6 position. Please work within the guidelines. Specific information is below. is for an ETL developer using Ab Initio. - Minimum of 5 years experience in ETL design/Data Warehouse development using Ab Initio ETL solutions - Experience with the party, party role and party relationship universal data model pattern - Strong PL/SQL, UNIX, and Shell Scripting experience is a must. - Must be able to interpret the transformation rules and develop the software components to support the same. - Must have sound experience using databases such as Oracle, Teradata, DB2 or equivalent RDBMS. - Experience designing, documenting ETL and performance tuning - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. - Data Warehouse/ETL design and development methodologies knowledge and experience is preferred. - Experience with Medium/Large Data Warehouse updated in *Near Real Time*. - Involved in Ab Initio Design, Configuration experience in Ab Initio ETL, Data Mapping, Transformation and loading data in a complex and high-volume environment - Excellent Analysis and problem solving skills. - Must work well in a collaborative, team environment as well as independently.
