Oracle SCM Project: 3 – 6 months
Phone interview Tulsa, OK Rate: $55-65/hr DOE Due Date to subm candidate, July 12 by 5pm IMPORTANT: The project in Houston but the resouce selected for this position will be working in the Tulsa delivery center. The rate is all-inclusive however the project will reimburse the candidate for travel expenses if s/he's needed to go to the project site in Houston. ROLE: Oracle Transportation Manager Production Support • Leverages subject matter expertise in analyzing and troubleshooting complex system/user issues to drive resolution and determine root cause • Coordinates issue resolution efforts across peer support groups, technical support teams, and vendors as required • Effectively coordinates and communicates issues resolution with end-users • Correlates related production issues and assesses trends to identify broader improvement opportunities • Extends technology support internationally to support global business operations Technical • Perform Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) configuration and systems integration job functions. • Interact with external system analysts to resolve integrated system issues. • Provide solutions and implement new changes to an existing productions instance of OTM 6.2 • Develop and troubleshoot PL/SQL, XML, XSL, JSP, JavaScript, Java codes • Configure OTM product and write complex Agents/workflows to support the business needs • Develop, lead and execute test cases in multiple environments, and manage configuration migration between the same. • Develop end user training documentation • Lead integration testing for application version and release upgrades. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to create reporting and interface functional design documentation. Desired Skills & Experience • 2+ Years Oracle OTM Experience with experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM 6.2 experience desirable) • 2+ Years of Logistics or Supply Chain Management experience. • Excellent understanding of OTM - XMLs (TransOrder, ShipmentStatus, etc.) • Exposure to Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, XML, XSL, JSP, JavaScript and JAVA based applications/products from a technical stand point • SOA experience will be a plus • Experience in Implementation, Support and Maintenance projects in a client facing role • Intermediate knowledge of relational databases • Intermediate knowledge of SQL and XML • A solid understanding of process design and organizational change management methodologies. • Proven troubleshooting and problem solving skills ·This is the first phase of Oracle OTM. The client plans to roll it out globally in next phases.
