*Location: San Leandro (bay area)* *Wells Fargo, 18 month contract….* *F2F required* *Job Description* This position involves creating solutions and processes to reconcile financial data from loan accounting systems of record (SOR) with the corresponding balances posted in GL to improve data quality and integrity and enable enhanced credit reporting and analysis. *Primary duties: * - Liaison and partner with Credit and Reporting, Data Integrity Officers and Technology services to plan, conduct and provide innovative solutions regarding data quality and integrity. - Prepares specifications for system changes. Recommends and initiates systems testing. - Act as a liaison between business users and Technology in implementing changes - Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. - Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. - Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. **Minimum Qualifications* - Strong interpersonal communication (written and oral), organizational, and customer service skills. - Ability to interact effectively with a variety of contacts/relationships, including senior/mid-level managers. - Strong technical and business expertise to ensure effective design, analysis, project management, programming, training, implementation, and maintenance of enhancements. - Self-starter with ability to pick-up new concepts and skills quickly. - Goal oriented with strong business analysis and data analysis skills. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis and project management. - Skilled in the use of MS Office products – Word, EXCEL, Power point, Visio and MS Project *Preferred Skills* - Knowledge of BASEL II standards, policies and guidelines and risk data aggregation methodologies for reporting and decision support. - Prior exposure to reconciliation processes and correction mechanisms. - Knowledge of data integrity management efforts in wholesale or other lines of businesses. - Business knowledge of loan operations, loan accounting systems and other credit related systems/applications Thanks, Jay Chauhan cyberThink Inc 1125 US Hwy 22 West Bridgewater, NJ - 08807-9837 Tel : (877)-223-7153 ext 533 Fax :(908) 429-8005 Email: [email protected] -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Associate Programs" group.
