Nice to have Additional Skill -Experience with Hitachi Tagma Storage =================================== *Job Title: Oracle PIM Consultant* *Location: Milwaukee, WI * Job Description: *Oracle PIM – Consultant Job Descriptions* Oracle Product Data Hub Page 1 *MDM Architect* Primary role is to architect an MDM solution at an Enterprise level taking into consideration of short term priorities and long term needs: · Participate in source system analysis · Analyze current IT application landscape, near-term IT initiatives, long-term IT objectives and their impact on the overall MDM Architecture · Develop and publish an Enterprise level MDM architecture · Develop a Roadmap to reach the end-goal of published MDM Architecture · Identify operational metrics that are impacted by master data · Evaluate options and propose Instance Approach for PDH (embedded vs. stand alone; single domain vs multiple domains; inclusion/exclusion of operational aspects, etc) · Evaluate options and propose implementation style (Federated vs centralized vs hybrid) · Propose architecture for MDM adoption · Work with integration architect to develop a plan for real-time integration and source system ID management. *Oracle PDH Functional Consultant* Functional consultant is responsible for configuration of PDH that meets business requirements/needs, designs, and implementation “To-Be” business processes. · Analyze and document business requirements · Document as-is business processes · Participate in source system analysis to identify and document product attributes and associated metadata. · Design to-be business processes · Prepare functional design document · Configure environment and validate business requirements · Prepare configurations document (BR100) · Facilitate development of test scripts and testing · Train power user in the to-be business processes using Oracle PDH · Facilitate the product cut-over plan. *Oracle PDH Technical Consultant* Technical lead is responsible for technical aspects of Reports, Integrations, Conversions, Extensions, and Work Flows (RICEW) components and leads the development team: · Work closely with PDH functional consultant, MDM architect, and Integration architect *Oracle PIM – Consultant Job Descriptions* Oracle Product Data Hub Page 2 · Identify gaps based on functional design and define RICEW objects to overcome the gaps. · Develop functional design documents (MD50’s) and Technical Design Documents (MD70’s) for the identified RICEW objects. · Work with developers for the development of RICEW objects. · Involved in testing of RICEW objects. *Integration Architect* The integration architect is responsible for all technical aspects of building both batch and real-time integrations: · Review or evaluate/recommend the middleware technologies for real-time integration and ETL tools for conversions and integrations. · Develop integration technology framework. · Work with functional and technical consultants in developing XML object definitions that are at Enterprise level. · Establish development standards for integrations. · Establish performance standards for integrations based on business realities · Provide guidance to Infrastructure Architect in performance requirements. · Define, publish, and enforce error management framework for integrations If you are qualified, available, interested, planning to make a change, or know of a friend who might have the required qualifications and interest, please call me ASAP at (732) 248-1900 Ext.522 even if we have spoken recently about a different position.
