*Location: Rockville, MD* *Interview: F2F is required * * * *SKILLS: * Support Hyperion Platform applications for Hyperion Planning and Essbase maintenance, user support and minor enhancements. This role would be the point person for receiving user assistance requests and Tier 1 review of issues before resolving or contacting other members of the Hyperion Team. Additionally, this role would assist in the coordination of the monthly support of all applications, timely lock downs of applications and related user access. Experience in working with Hyperion Planning/Essbase applications from a maintenance and administration approach; good communication skills in interpreting user requests and responding to multiple levels of NasdaqOMX employees as well as Hyperion team members.
