Location (city & state): Wilmington, Delaware Duration: 6 Months Rate: $40/hr on C2C More than 6 years of experience in testing Knowledge in ETL / BPM apps Min 2 years of banking domain experience Agile team experience ALM or Test Director • HPST (HP Tool) • Process across • Training on other platforms like – FIS / TSYS / ECR / Interpose / Xpress etc. SOA testing • Knowledge in ETL / BPM apps • Experience at customer location for a min of 1 to 2 years • Design requirements for a medium to large scale projects • Min 2 years of banking domain experience; specifically in the area of Cards and payment • Agile team experience • 2+ years of experience in ALSB or OSB technologies • Minimum 1 year experience in Java development • Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork and collaboration, and leadership skills. • Ability to work with teams - cross cultures, organizational boundaries, time zones and countries • Interact with the business and customer team to understand the business need • Converting business requirements to the technical specification. *Requirement#2* *Role: Mainframe Testing* Location (city & state): Richmond, VA Duration: 6 Months Rate: $40/hr on C2C · Around 5+ years of testing experience in Mainframe or AS/400 systems. · Analyzing Business Requirements for creating and reviewing test ware – Test Strategy, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Cases. · Experience in Test cases execution, Defect Tracking, Defect Analysis and participating in meetings with clients. · Should have knowledge on Test estimation, Optimum use of tools and techniques · Hands-on working experience on SQL queries to perform the data validation testing · Hands on working experience on Quality Center (QC) tool · Excellent Communication and Documentation Skills · Prior experience of handling a team of 5+ is a must. · Be able to understand and explain the STLC life cycle and methodologies. · Flexibility to work in onsite/ offshore model · Domain and Working knowledge in Retail or Pharma will be an advantage. *Requirement#3* Role: Data Centric Tester Location (city & state): Richmond, VA Duration: 6 Months Rate: $40/hr on C2C QS - TDM - TEST ENGINEER – DCT 1. Should have exposure to UNIX. 2. Should have hands on skill with respect to Ab-Initio. 3. Should have good SQL skills. 4. Should have some exposure to Quality Center & Testing life cycle 5. Should have good verbal & written communication skills. 6. Should have knowledge of at least one DB i.e. Oracle/SQL Server/DB2/Teradata 7.
