Key Skills:
1. Good communication skills and a able to lead the team of 102. Good
understanding of Retail domain, and technical architecture of retail
domain3. Strong skill in triaging Env incidents, able to drive
investigation where multi party teams are involved4. Java/ Weblogic skill
to be leveraged for investigation in the logs at integration points.5. Has
been in support mode of application or has been in Test Environment
Proactive management6. Additional skills : custom build of tools/COTS tools
for monitoring of LLE?s, Env re-structuring/ optimization, Env calendar
management etc

Skill and Experience Details:
-->Application Testing(L3)-Should be able to differentiate the different
testing phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression
testingand should be capable to perform these tests with the help of
ready-test cases.Should understand Test Plans, Requirement
TraceabilityMatrix, Orthogonal Array Tool.Should be able to do metrics
analysis and reliabilityanalysis effectively with DFA tool.

bundles, and filesets ,Perform system startup and shutdown , Understand and

Utilize administrativesubsystems, including cron to schedule system tasks,
and security to implementcustomized access of files and directories ,
Trouble shooting of Applicationserver, Performance tuning of Application
servers Instance creation,App serverPerformance Monitoring and
Tuning,Deploying Applications Shell / Perl scriptingwith respect to App
server Admin Tasks, Patch deployment, Patch Acquisition
andTesting,Application Deployment
