*Job Description: *The prime responsibility of this position is to either
manage a small team of analysts, developers or engineers and drive delivery
of a small module of a project ( AD/ AM/ Testing) or serve as entry level
specialist with expertise in particular technology /industry domain / a
process of a ERP package. If not a module the lead is responsible for
functional / technical track of a project.

Additional Skills:
Should be capable to understand the underlying technology on the
variousautomation tools. Should be capable to evaluate the best tool to the
client.Should be capable to create the required automation framework to the
client. ~ Should have good knowledge and concepts of UI validations, GUI
features etc.Concepts of Globalization and Localization testing will be an
added advantage. ~ Should be able to differentiate the different testing
phases like UnitIntegration, System, Acceptance, Regression testingand
should be capable to perform these tests with the help of ready-test
cases.Should understand Test Plans, Requirement TraceabilityMatrix,
Orthogonal Array Tool.Should be able to do metrics analysis and
reliabilityanalysis effectively with DFA tool.

Job Description: Has technical expertise in a defined area and can handle
problems/tickets - complex in nature. Serves as escalation point for all
isues within a group (infrastructure support/network) in a project.
Responsible for maintenance and administration, enhancements, following
change management policies, report capacity and availability, updation of
the ticketing system and KEDB. Is expected to trainand mentor junior
administrators. Maintains a roster for shift management (if applicable). Is
expected to participate in weekly operational meetings, change management
meetings. Expected to lead the team from transition to delivery and also
work with Project manager for Infrastructure projects and SI work. Should
engage in Continuous Improvement Projects or SIPs to improve productivity
and SLAs. In Package Implementation space: The incumbent leads and manage
complex DBA projects, has expertise in new technologies, developments,
database and application upgrades. Mentors and groom DBAs.


*Additional Skills: *Should have a strong expertize on Storage Area Network
(SAN), NAS. SANExperience of understanding SAN switches. Great hands on
experience of Logical Units (LUN). Should be familiar with Vendor specific
redundant & businesscontinuity technologies such as Business Copy (BC),
Continuous access (CA),Information Lifecycle Management (ILM), SRDF etc.
Should Have experience ininstalling & configuring Backups, Backup agents
using tape libraries Knowledge. Great understanding on managing zones,
Fiber Channel (FC) technologies.Working knowledge of Backup technologies
such as IBM TSM, HP Data Protector,Veritas Netbackup etc ~ Concepts,
Design,review, implement and management of High Availability Systems&
Software, Mission Critical System design Techniques,High Availability ,
Fault, Error, Failure,Single Points of Failure, Business continuity, DR.
Expertize platform specific vendor products such as Veritas Cluster
Server(VCS), Sun Cluster, MCSG, HACMP, RHCS etc. ~ Good hands on expereince
with UNIX Virtualization technologies such as
nPar,vpar,IVM,Zones,Containers,ZFS,VMWARE,RHEV,vio,LPAR,HMC etc.Design,
implement, review, maintenance and performance review of UNIXVirtualization
environment. ~ Analysis and tuning system performance of parameters like
DISK,Network,CPU,MemGood working knowledge of inbuilt utilities such as
iostat,vmstat,sarand vendor/third party tools.
