Roles and Responsibility: • System Integration, Configuration & Troubleshooting of Cisco Routers & Switches • Build the required 3G & 4G/Lte Live E-2-E test Lab, bring-up the nodes with the required software release, integrate, configure and E-2-E Service testing • Support troubleshooting of interoperability and end-to-end service related integration and test activities for Cisco products and related elements in the lab. • Responsible for firmware and configuration updates to the multi-vendor products. • Maintain and update as-built documentation and annotated call flow, testing and troubleshooting guides for use by other lab testing and support teams. • Raise defects and anchor the triage meetings between multi-vendor, test team and AT&T. =============================================================================== *Sr. / Lead - Sharepoint - (5-8 YEARS) Location: The Woodlands, TX JD:* Microsoft Exchange Office 365 Technologies. > 4 years of experience in Microsoft related technologies.
