*Experience: 8-10 YEAR* *Description:* The Business Intelligence Requirements Analyst works with the business users and the BI Team to assist in the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions - gather end user requirements and data/information needs.? Collects, refines, and documents end user requirements for data, reports, analysis, metadata, training, service levels, data quality, and performance, and helps identify and assess potential data sources.? Identifies business users? functional and non-functional requirements through user interviews and questionnaires.? Creates a Functional Requirements Document and the initial Requirements Traceability Matrix for downstream use by BI Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts/Specialists.? Decomposes business users? functional requirements into system and software functional and non-functional requirements.? Collaborates with BI developers and Quality Assurance Analysts/Specialists to refine requirements, prepares Unit Test Plans, Des Skill and Experience Details: -->Business Analysis(L3)-Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes through meetings and discussions. Provide overall business and systems analysis and design support. Coordinate new customer development and enhancements. Execute functional tests and evaluate results to ensure accuracy and quality of complex system changes. Provide testing feedback to technology and monitor adherence to functional requirements Ensure that the resources are equipped to be productive in time to meet requirements of customer. Adjust priorities according tochanges in requirements and workload. Assist Overall Program's project manager in making staffing planning decisions and communicate effectiveness of offshoredelivery. Provides Training and Operational support to business unit. Providetraining to existing staff on and off site training and demos as needed. Assistand advise peers to ensure efficient management of current and incoming resources. May be a subject matter expert in a chosen area/function -->DWH-Business Intelligence(L2)- -->P&C Insurance(L1)-Good understanding of atleast one LoB, in atleast one Geo, with working knowledge of all LoBs in P & C Insurance. Process experience in atleast one ofthe following functions - Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Claims, Billing, Reinsurance, etc, with indepth expertise in atleast one functional area. Experience in COTS products in P&C insurance space. -->Business Analysis(L3)-Interface with clients and gain understanding of requirements/processes throughmeetings and discussions.
