*Job Description:* *Mandatory* 1. Atleast 2 cycles of end to end implementation experience of Oracle Financials (GL, AP, AR, eBtax). 2. Atleast 6 ~ 8 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle applications on Financials 3. Ability to gather and document user requirements, high level design of solution foot print Desired Skills 1. Good understanding of Oracle order to cash, supply chain domains Skill and Experience Details: Oracle Adv Functional(L1)-Advanced functional expertise in Oracle e-biz product corresponding to the functional domain in consideration. Ability to fully map functional requirements and integrate them into the final solution keeping in mind product functional and technical capabilities. Ability to train power users, design, develop and troubleshoot applications. Has experience across implementation and support projects and has knowledge of other types of projects - upgrade, migration and consolidation. Is able to understand other functional areas in the sense of how they relate to his or her expertise. Knowledge of business processes, representation of the same, and basic knowledge of processreengineering. Has a understanding of processes core domains (Fin, Mfg, SCM,HCM and CRM). Oracle Apps Financial Consulting(L2)-Proficiency in Financials suite (GL-AR-AP-CE-FA) Understanding of Financials modules integration with other modules of EBS Ability to provide solutions for business process around Financials suite Oracle Apps Finance Functional(L4)-Should be able to Apply Industry standard methods and tools as appropriate to the clients needs demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains Should be able to mentor a min of three projects simultaneously for solution design demonstrated advanced core consulting skills in one of the domains - BFSI Self-starters who can manage their time effectively, collaboratewell with their team-mates within the firm and within the client environment, and contribute to dramatic client performance improvement and developing newbusiness.
