Role: SCRUM Master Duration : 1 year location : Boston, MA
*Description*: The SCRUM Master is responsible for motivating and guiding cross functional teams toward the realization and implementation of the maximum benefits of Agile/Scrum frameworks. The applicant must have experience assessing scrum maturity and coaching performance to higher levels of maturity at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization. An effective SCRUM Master will facilitate streams of work, remove impediments, and assist with communication, particularly improving transparency and radiating information. The ideal candidate is a certified SCRUM Master with at least two years of experience leading software development teams through the application of SCRUM principles, practices, and theory. Ultimately, the SCRUM Master will coach the implementation SCRUM in a post Waterfall environment with limited and fixed production release windows.
