JD: 1. Scrum Master with 8 - 10 years of experience in IT industry. 2. At least First level Scrum Master Certification. 3. Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two year for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory. 4. Excellent communication and mentoring skills 5. Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc 6. Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games 7. Knowledge & experience in CRM Domain will be a plus. 8. Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog. 9.
