Good Communication skills are required. He should be able to work on Oracle Apps having the following skills Oracle Forms, Reports, Oracle workflow , PL/SQL, SQL. Need to create and review the technical designs. Assist the functional team in testing. Knowledge on the modules Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Projects, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order management is a plus. Should be conversant with tools like Toad, SQL developer. Should be able to work on testing tools like Quality Center. Should be aware of configuration Management tools.
