Minimum seven ( 7) years of current and hands-on experience with Requirements Management Software such as DOORS.* *4. Minimum seven (7) years of current and hands-on experience with MS-Office and Visio.* *5. Minimum four (4) years of current experience of working with MicroStrategy Reporting Tool.* 6. Ability to communicate with business users and help write business requirements. 7. Ability to translate Business Requirements into Information/Data requirements. 8. Ability to work with project management and technical development team; build and maintain technical/project documentation; participate in project estimation. 9. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in root cause analysis, and ability to solve problems and craft business solutions . 10. Strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skill sets. 11. Proven track record to learn quickly. 12. Minimum four (4) years of current and hands-on experience in Multi-Dimensional Modeling (Star Schema). 13. General knowledge of secondary mortgage industry. 14. Strong team player that can assist more junior analysts; willing to share knowledge and work to build a whole team environment. 15. Minimum one (1) year of current and hands-on UNIX environment experience. 16. Agile development methodology experience preferred.
