*Duration: 6 months * Job Description: - Certified Scrum Master / scrum practitioner with proven track record and experience in projects - 5 to 7 years of experience level - Should have good experience working in an agile environment and should have flexible thinking (ie we don't want a dictator !) - Actively contribute to Agile and Lean - Act as Scrum master for 1-2 scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work. - Act as a project manager when necessary. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our team and third parties or between our team and other scrum teams. - Facilitate sprint planning, retrospective and sprint demos - Ensure cross-team coordination - Excellent communication skills in English in written and spoken form - Soft skills / People Management skills / adaptability are very important Location: Onsite (Bakersfield, CA). Ideally, the person need to be based out of Bakersfield.
