*Duration*: 6+ Months *Job Description:* The prime responsibility of this position is to either manage a small team of analysts, developers or engineers and drive delivery of a small module of a project ( AD/ AM/ Testing) or serve as entry level specialist with expertise in particular technology /industry domain / a process of a ERP package. If not a module the lead is responsible for functional / technical track of a project. *Required Skills:* SAP ABAP (L4) , SAP ABAP HR (L2) , SAP ABAP OO (L3) , SAP ABAP Enhancements and Data Migration (L3) , SAP ABAP Interface (L3) , SAP ABAP Performance Optimization (L3) *Additional Skill(s):* Web Dynpro (L1) , SAP Adobe Forms (L1) , SAP ABAP-Web Dynpro (L2) , Production Support (L1) · Understands requirements from functional specifications clearly and is able to map the requirements to prepare Technical specification . · Implements the solution based on technical specification and resolves issues independently in the areas of own skills. · Good knowledge about quality process and also guide the team- mates in using the various quality tools. · Able to mentor 2-3technical consultants and support them in developing solutions. · Along with Basic ABAP capabilities , candidate must have basic knowledge in one of the other areas such as Data migration techniques or conversant with basic knowledge of ALE/ IDOCs or Any one of the Advanced ABAP areas which includes : 1. BAPIs and performance tuning , 2. Enhancement techniques 3. Workflow 4. Smart forms 5.ABAP upgrade 6. Unicode conversion Should have experience in SAP ABAP and has atleast 2 implementation projects' experience and/or has exposure to support projects. · Understands the functionality of the requirement and creation of Technical Specification for the object. Knowledge about Payroll, Time Management, Payroll Driver Program, Uploading time data(CATS), Running the payroll. · Good knowledge about the Benefits Module, Payroll Related Infotypes, Payroll status record, Payroll control record, Posting data to FI.
