Rate:$45-48/Hr MAX Location: Raleigh, NC Key skills: Oracle, PL/SQL - 80% and .NET - 20% Advanced Oracle database experience and moderate .Net/C# experience. Job Description: • Need to work with Project Manager for project planning and estimates and provide timely status updates. • Work with Business Analysts with respect to requirements clarification. • Work with both developers to address their issues, clarify their assumptions and help them deliver quality product on time. • Accountable for technical process reviews, system specification and high level design artifacts. • Work with developers to come up with low level design. • Mentor/Manage development resources within the team. • Co-ordinate with Infrastructure team. • Motivate team members for efficiency and optimal productivity. • Analyze defects/change requests and help project manager perform prioritization of tasks.
