SAP HR US Payroll Consultant (min. 8 years of SAP HR project experience)

Should have very good knowledge of OM & PA

Should have detailed knowledge and experience of SAP Payroll Process ,
PCRs, Schemas / Time.

Should have detailed knowledge and experience of Time and Payroll
integration / Benefits and Payroll / Off-Cycles / YTDs

Should have detailed knowledge and experience of Payroll and data mapping
for conversion processes from Legacy systems as well as knowledge of
interfaces to third party products

Should have detailed knowledge and experience of YTD Load handling
(mid-year go live)

managers, reviewvalidate solution proposals and estimates, rendering advice
on best businesspractices and getting the buy in to adopt these practices.
Ability to keep up-to-date with the SAP roadmap and technology relevant to
HR domain. Ability tocreate solution road maps integrating multiple
disparate processes. Ability topresent and get the buy in for the solution
from senior managers and the CXOlevels. Implement the solution by leading
the team. In addition to leveragingthe standard processes, come out with
innovative solutions and timely executionof the project within the agreed
time lines and the cost. Ability to lead ateam and participate in presales
activity and ability to give suggestions onareas of improvements. Knowledge
of the quality processes and adopted qualitystandards in projects.
Knowledge of the recognized quality tools andParticipate in Quality
Improvement meetings Should have more than 6 years ofSAP experience in the
core module of specialization and 5 - 8 years of domainexperience Module
specific Proficiency: Must have good SAP applicationspecific knowledge of
the HR/Payroll processes: o Personnel Administration,Organization
Management, Time Management, Benefits Management o PayrollAccounting: ? SAP
Tax Model Configuration experience ? Experience in Schemacustomization ?
Good understanding of partial period factoring ? Goodunderstanding of
Processing class, cumulation class and evaluation class ? Goodunderstanding
of Retro accounting ? Good understanding of wage splits ? Midyear go-live
implementation experience ? Managed parallel payroll runs and go-live ?
Experience in Guaranteed net amount (grossing up) functionality ?Interfaces
to third party applications (E-filing, Trust accounting,
Benefitsadministration) o HR Analytics o Integration with other SAP modules
o Interfaceto FI module Must have specialized in at least two or more of
the countryspecific payroll localization o US o Canada o UK o Europe (other
than UK)
