*Interview mode: Phone than F2F * * Job Description: *• Proven ability to independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating as it relates to the *.NET MVC Framework*. • Define new processes, standards, or operational plans based on business requirements. • Develops solution to complex business problems that is consistent with company objectives. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical issues and resolve problems at all levels of the organization both internally and externally • Develop and maintain ASP.NET/VB.NET • Strong background in building scalable, predictable, high-quality and high-performance web applications on the Microsoft technology stack. • Build new systems with *.NET 4.0 / ASP.NET <http://ASP.NET> / VB.NET <http://VB.NET> / SQL Server 2008 / WCF Web Services / WCF Data Services* . • Develop new functionality on our existing software products. • Lead/mentor developers and share knowledge through knowledge-sharing presentations • Participate in a small, experienced, energetic team on a rapid, agile development schedule. • Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies. *KNOWLEDGE / EDUCATION* • Bachelor’s degree (preferred Computer Science) • 7+ years software developer experience. • 4-5 years of experience functioning as *.NET developer using MVC* (preferably at mid to large, multi-dimensional organization) • 4+ years experience with ASP.NET/VB.NET • 4+ years working with SQL Server *EXPERIENCE * • Proficiency with .Net development including creation of standard and custom objects and fields etc. • Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and computer science foundations, such as memory management and low-level algorithm performance. • Deep knowledge of the .NET 4.0 Framework, including Visual Studio 2010, VB.NET, ASP.NET, ASMX and WCF Web Services, and ADO.NET. • Strong knowledge of software implementation best practices. • Strong experience designing and working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer) along with some experience with service-oriented architectures (SOA). • Ability to design and optimize SQL Server 2008 stored procedures.
