*Database Administrator -*Develops, implements, administers, and maintains
policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the
company database.
-Implements data models, database designs, data access and table
maintenance codes.
-Resolves database performance and capacity issues, replication issues, and
other distributed data issues.
-*Requires 4-6 years of experience.*
*Work hours 8-4 or 9-5; on-call monthly rotation*
*TOP SKILLS:*
** 6+ years' experience as Sr. Oracle DBA in large complex system
environments.*
** Oracle 11 & 12*
** SQL Server 2008 & 2012*
** Sybase is a plus*
** Database remediation.*
* Database security compliance; close " security gaps" in database
infrastructure.
* B.S. degree is preferred
* Oracle certification is a plus.
