Payroll interface and ESS/MSS


2.Expert knowledge in Enterprise structure, Org Structure and Personnel
Structure, Remuneration structure


3.Integration check points between OM & PA, Payroll interface – Gross
calculation in SAP and Net Calculation in 3rd party vendor and again
transferring net calculation results to SAP.

4.Time evaluation and  Payroll evaluation


5. Excellent knowledge in US payroll Schema, PCR etc..



Desirable Functional Skills          1.To be a Solution  consultant in
Manufacturing domain
2. Preferred Techno-Functional Consultant for Requirements understanding
and translating into FS/TS.
3. Co-ordinate with offshore team
