*The key is finding individuals with *good comm* that have extensive .Net
dev experience, and strength with SQL backend, SSIS, Stored Procedures,
Triggers. *
*Also having an understanding of modifying the UI and Front end. *
*End to end programmers, with 20% on front, and 80% on the backend
massaging data. Data centric developer. *
The programmers that I have had, that are strong for this role, have been
in similar end to end roles in the past.
*Qualifications *

*Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience*.
Must exhibit strong initiative and follow-through.
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects at once.
Ability to handle flexible workloads in a fast paced environment.
Comfortable with managing change, deadline driven, proactive.
Ability to cross-train and document job responsibilities.
Experience and ability to work in a dynamic and collaborative team
environment.
Strong organizational skills.

Daily responsibilities of this role
Assist in gathering requirements and project specifications
Take ownership of daily project needs and communications.
Communicate project status and deliverables with managers and clients.
Design, create and program web pages per project needs.
ASP.Net (C#) development per project needs.
Manage project tasks, timelines, and communication.
Perform routine site maintenance as needed.
Other tasks as needed for successful project completion
