Some similar experience to public higher-ed institutions is warranted (e.g. state/fed govt, large K-12, etc.). Focus on consultants with implementation experience of Core HR modules. *This role will be on-site, reporting to the Project Director, but deployed to assist clients’s HR SME and* our team with finalizing configurations, planning/ executing testing, and transition to operations tasks. This person will work with a team of other HCM functional consultants and analysts. *Below are some specific requirements and expectations of this role: * •Ability to work on all project phases including configuration, testing, and transition to operations •Assist client’s team in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices •Advise client on options, risks, and any impacts on business processes or systems •Configure the PeopleSoft system to meet client’s unique business requirements •Minimum of five years PeopleSoft experience *•Experience with PeopleSoft 9.x * •Full lifecycle Implementation experience •Solid understanding of setup tables and reporting •Solid understanding of integration of all HCM modules •Expert knowledge in Core HR •*Proven public sector and higher-ed business knowledge as well as PeopleSoft specific functional knowledge* •Demonstrated ability to manage project scope and client expectations •Clear and effective communication •Consistently produce clear, concise status reports •Ability to work closely and effectively with the consulting team leading the *Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management* effort.
