*Interview mode: Phone then F2F* *The key skillsets needed are:* *•Microsoft Access guru* *•SQL/SQL Server experience* *•Microsoft Excel* *•Project Management skills a plus* *•Microsoft Great Plains knowledge a plus* *•Great communicator* *•Good documentation skills* *Scope of work will be as follows* •Document current Royalties Database functionality, logic, reports, and interfaces. •Optimize the Royalties Database to include application functionality, new/modify reports •Support the Royalties Database for length of engagement •Participate in requirements gathering for Royalties Database replacement to include documenting requirements •Participate in replacement database (not Microsoft Access) project and system testing of replacement database for capturing and auditing of Sales data •Participate in Great Plains implementation of Royalties calculation of what currently exists in Royalties Database The Royalties Database is a Microsoft Access front end application based on a SQL server database. The client will be retiring the Microsoft database this year and moving the functionality into two systems. *First, the Access Database is used as an auditing tool to validate the sales data feed from Wingstop POS Systems (5 different types of POS systems). * This functionality will be built into a separate SQL application (not by this resource). *This Access application also calculates the Royalties and Ad Fund $’s our franchises owe Wingstop based* on the franchise store sales. This functionality will be moved into Great Plains. The resource we are seeking for this project will participate in both of these overall projects by documenting what all the current MS Access royalty database does today to be used to help build the requirements for the new solutions, participate in both project team meetings, and develop and execute system testing on both projects. This resource will also be optimizing the current MS Access Royalty database to address control and immediate business needs that are needed before the replacement solution is implemented. The resource will also support the MS Access database until the replacement solutions are in place and the MS Access database can be retired.
