*Rates: $50/Hr* *Interview mode: Phone then F2F* * Job Description:* • Strong troubleshooting skills – must have demonstrated substantial experience in the past in technical ops support role • “Customer-first” mentality • 3+ years’ experience in a 24x7 high availability, large scale, multiple-site production environment. • 5+ years’ experience in network/system administration • 5+ years’ experience in Linux environments (RHEL, Oracle Linux, or CentOS) • Familiarity with at least one monitoring/logging tool (e.g. Splunk, OP5, Nagios or DynaTrace) • Experience with a scripting language (e.g. Ruby, Python, Perl or Bash) • Experience with text manipulation (awk, sed, & regex).
