* Job Description: *• Act as a SharePoint subject matter expert
within the infrastructure/administration space.
• Build the SharePoint Infrastructure/Farms and sites following
SDLC standards and best practices.
• Create and execute SharePoint infrastructure and sites
migration/upgrade plans.
• Create Test plans and execute against the business and IT
requirements.
• Adhere to and improve processes, policies, and procedures.
• Resolution of incidents and fulfillment of requests as a
hands-on expert.
• Be able to work with tightly secured environments while
continuing to improve SharePoint security models
*Position Requirements: • Minimum of approximately 5+ years of
SharePoint experience with approximately 3+ years in
Infrastructure/Administration and Support. • Proven track
record for SharePoint Infrastructure upgrades and migration projects. The
person should have at least worked on a mid to large size SharePoint
upgrade (SharePoint 2013) project.*
• Ability to Plan and Execute SharePoint Sites upgrade from
MOSS 2007 / SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013 environments.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with PowerShell
to administer and automate SharePoint Operations.
• Proficient in SharePoint Farms and Sites administration,
performance optimization and configuration.
• Experience with SharePoint integrated products like Bamboo,
Metalogix, Idera, ControlPoint will be a huge plus.
• Experience in SharePoint development will be a huge plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong technical acumen within MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010,
SharePoint 2013, Powershell, SDLC, SQL Server technologies.
• Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues excellently*.*
