*Net, C#, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation), ASP.Net, MVC, MS-Sql
server 2008/12, {MUST} Technical /Functional Skills:*
- *Should have a min of 9-10 Yrs of experience in .Net technology.

- Should act as a solution developer and involvement in design.
- Should perform requirement analysis and identify any gaps and
proactively highlight the gaps to customers with possible solutions to fix
the same.
- Need to understand the customer's system and should be able to
propose best solutions.
- Offshore onshore coordination.
- Coding, unit testing and defect fixing (individual and need to
oversee the team’s progress)
- Work delegation to offshore and status reporting to customer.
- Preparing weekly and monthly status reports and presenting to
the customer.
- Involvement in defect root cause analysis and process
improvements.
- Should be able to handle meetings with customers with ease.
Need to have excellent communication skills.
