Job description: * Managing and monitoring security communication devices across the enterprise. * Provide users and business partners with second level security technical support. * Diagnose security operations problems and perform the appropriate repairs. * Process and implement move, add and change requests for security operations. * Prepare technical specifications and drawings for security operational changes and additions. * Support preventive maintenance efforts, change management activities, and project initiatives to meet organizational objectives. * Develop and maintain documentation to support the security environment. * Develop specifications for equipment, systems, and services for security operations. * Assist in the development of network and security communication standards and configuration management.
