Working knowledge of Salesforce Chatter
Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
Certified Salesforce Administrator
Certified Force.com Developer
Roles $ Responsbilities:-
Security administration including creating new users, deactivating users,
public groups, assigning permission sets and profiles, establishing role
hierarchy and sharing rules
Application deploys utilizing ant scripts (Quick deploy), Changesets and
Dreamfactory snapshot toolsets
Create reports and dashboards
Upload/export data using Dataloader
Assist users with questions and troubleshooting
Working knowledge of declarative customizations
Working knowledge of apex and visual force
Perform various administration tasks in multiple organizations
Willing to work late evenings and weekends when needed
Ability to work multiple assignments at the same time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
