Skills 1. Experience in implementing IT systems and developing business processes ground up 2. 10+ years of overall experience with 4 years of project management experience. 3. Should have implemented a product based system ground up 4. Should have experience with managing a business process change 5. Expertise in stakeholder management 6. Should have strong technical aptitude to be able to govern the project and ensure the solution deployed is in line with the business requirements 7. Should be Enterprise Content Management (specifically on document capture and management) background a. Background in Documentum and/or Captiva preferable Responsibilities 1. Manage the project across all stakeholders of the OCR program – EMC, Dealer Track Digital Services, CDG, IT, Information Security, Business, TCS, Infrastructure services 2. Project planning, risk management, scope management 3.
