*609-353-5281 Position:* *Performance Engineer Location: Woonsocket RI Duration: 12+ Months* We need *Performance Engineer* With *Customer support experience* *JOB DESCRIPTION:-* • Work experience in site Operation and performance activites. • Strong Analytical skills. • Has strong presentation and collaboration skills and can communicate all aspects of the job requirements, including the creation of formal documentation • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills • Be able to document where appropriate • Participation in a team atmosphere and working well with others. • Being able to remain neutral toward any specific technology choice or vendor; being more interested in results than personal preferences. • Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing tasks and resolving issues in order to deliver quality projects on time • Exhibits a high energy, strategic thinking, results oriented, and global collaborative approach. *ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-* • Work closely with IT, CSC and other business areas to maintain and resolve site issues. • Review CSC logged tickets in HPSM, related to customer facing issues. • Analyze the issues in CSC/ASAP as required and resolve OR • Assign, prioritize and follow up with right group. • Work with other CVS business/project teams like Extracare, Mobile, FastPass, ICE, BOPUS for the related customer issues. • Prioritize tickets in RTC for IT Prod support team. • Monthly on call support, once in every 4 months. Support all IT releases which require business validation during that month. • Failure in BCC projects, coordinate with IT and BCC team. • Site Performance Analysis for issues impacting high customer volume, revenue and customer feedback. • Work closely with CSC team understand repeated customer issues and address to resolve.
