I'm a little confused about something. I have DoPenalty set to 2 (monitoring), yet emails are still getting rejected when they reach for [MessageLimit]. I thought DoPenalty had to be set to 3 (scoring) and DoPenaltyMessage set to 1 (block) for this to happen? Right now, I don't see what the difference is between DoPenalty 2 and 3.
