In doing some housekeeping, I noticed a number of IP's in my denysmtp 
(belonging to hotmail).  Since I get these from the penalty box export 
extreme, I was going to ask how to prevent this.

Then I remembered the whitebox - and didn't need to ask.

What I WILL ask - the assp distribution includes a ipnp.txt file for a 
default list of no-processing servers (either critical operation or 
ill-behaved ones).  Should we have a default whitebox file, that 
includes things like hotmail, gmail, etc.?
