0 = disabled, 1 = block, 2 = monitoring/messagecoring
Should be "messageScoring"
Not sure if you want me to report these or not though. I am trying to go
through the interface and when I see one, I report it. Please let me know
if this is OK to report. I don't want to junk up the test list with these.
I guess I should just go through the whole thing at one time and report all
errors at the same time.
