please could you try out 1.3.6-2.14-te++ or higher (with conversion configured). If you see any content swap, please switch TNEFDEBUG to on. In the LOG you'll see the timeline, how data is processed by the conversion section. You'll also get the files
debug_chrset_conv_parts.txt and debug_conv_error.txt (the processed data and errors) in the base dir..
The LOG should look like this:
