Adding that line probably broke the alarm() statements that are being used
to catch timeouts in PTR, SPF, DNSBL, etc. lookups as SIGALARM(14) is being
used on Windows platform to handle alarm expirations.
I'm running ASSP on Win2003 Server (without symantec) and haven't since any
issue with restarts.
