These are located in the Validate Recipients section, but the Notes box has
Notes on CC Message above it. Are these out of place, or does the box just
need to be removed? The same box in already in the CCMessage section (both
are named copymail.txt). It has actually been this way for some time.
Maybe it is meant to have the notes box in both places. Just seems a bit
out of place since all other Notes boxes are at the end of the sections.
