Daniel, - Both ASSP are running on the same system? If so, configure both to use only two Worker-Threads (Server-Config)! YES - What application is the reason for the very high workload? The DB-check takes much to long! Only ASSP runs on this system - Is there enough memory to run mt-version (for 5 SMTP_workers to run you'll need minimum 300MB free memory!)? See above - What hashes and lists are DB based? DB:whitelist/ DB:redlist/ DB:redlist - Is your database good enough to handle up to 400 concurrent connections? To check this, export your DB, copy the exported files to there working location and configure ASSP to use files (not DB)! My MySQL-DB is well running with 500 MB Cache!!! The whole ASSP-DB should be fit in to DB-engine-Cache. Are you using InnoDB?
