I was only thinking it would be nice to have all the files that contain
config info like white lists etc (Most the .txt in files folder)
centrally located in a db. 

I also use MySQL to run may user accounts for mail and currently have no
way of comparing incoming mail to it for recipient verification since I
don't use LDAP. 

So its no  big deal just asking.

No, there is no plan to do this. The files in /files are simple small
static lists. DB is currently used for dynamic hashes and lists. I do
not see an advantage to put this static text files in a DB table!?
