You don't need to look far to see the downside of a paid service.
All the rest will be neglected....

And what about the data itself that's being collected?
You say the payment is for the bandwidth / CPU the server is using.
Why is that clause in there that we are not allowed to redistribute that data?
Even if the the server and the code it's running is not ours, the data is...

This part of the code will get more attention than the rest and soon we can't 
run assp without it.
