Well, to be effective the hashcash should be widely implemented
and checked - and it isn't - so the spammers won't care implementing
it and if it will be widely used... it won't be a problem for spammers
to
set it up, spammers have thousands of "zombies" so even if a single
zombie will only be able to send 25 messages each second, they may
send them from thousand or even million of machines withouth worrying,
all in all spammers don't care about CPU and bandwidth <g>
