Foreign Countries never existed, they came into existence by not being Home Countries. This made *all* foreign countries "bad countries". There was no "neutral" country. Instead of introducing "Neutral Countries", I removed "Foreign Countries". Now all countries not in "Home Country" are "Neutral Countries".
